Aaron Smith began his first term on the Noblesville Common Council in January 2020 and was reelected for a second term in 2024. He lives in Old Town and owns Monumental Strategy, a Noblesville-based holding company growing and acquiring small businesses in central Indiana. He also manages MTCHBX, one of Monumental Strategy’s companies, which works with organizations of all sizes to implement marketing strategies customized to their needs. He previously served as Senator Dan Coats' Digital Director, both in his Washington, D.C. and Indianapolis offices. He is also a board member for Noblesville Main Street and the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
