As part of the expansion of the Noblesville City Hall, a new employee parking lot was constructed. Located on the southeast corner of 10th and Maple Streets, this lot has capacity for 83 vehicles. In addition to stenciled concrete sidewalks placed along the perimeter of the parking lot, over 300 plants, bushes, and trees were planted around the parking lot. As part of this project, Maple Street between 10th and 12th Streets was also be rehabilitated. This rehabilitation allowed for the replacement of curbs and sidewalks as well as a resurfacing of the street.
