The 2009 Street Rehabilitation program contract was awarded March 24, 2009. The project is anticipated to begin the first week of April and will be completed in September. Below is a list of the streets scheduled for rehabilitation along with a general scope and estimated date for beginning construction. These dates will be added/updated as they become available. Please note that these dates are tentative and may change as weather conditions vary. Property owners with property adjacent to a street to be rehabilitated will receive a letter in the weeks just prior to beginning construction.
If your street is scheduled to receive new curbs, your driveway will be inaccessible for a period of time as the new curb and drive approach are constructed and allowed to cure. Please pay special attention to signage and notices as they will instruct you to times and dates when alternate parking will be necessary. We ask that adjacent properties which receive new curbs or sidewalk ramps please help the City's efforts to improve the overall neighborhood by watering and tending to grass seed placed by the City contractor in the restoration areas.
