Project Description
Project will construct a roundabout at the intersection of 141st Street and Marilyn Road. 141st Street will be extended approximately 900 feet east to connect the entrance of Marilyn Ridge subdivision to 141st Street. This project has been designed to correct major drainage concerns in the immediate area while minimizing impact to the current storm sewer system. Bio-swales will be constructed along the 141st Street extension to act as both a water quality system and reduce the volume of stormwater runoff going into the adjacent storm sewer systems. Lighting and asphalt trails will also be constructed as part of this project.

During construction, the intersection will be closed for a period of 45 consecutive days. This closure is anticipated to begin on Monday, September 20, 2010, weather permitting. All access to residents and area subdivisions will be maintained. Please see detour map below for further details.
