The 2005 Street Rehabilitation: Curbs and Sidewalk program calls for the replacement of the sidewalks and drives along S. 10th Street. Both sides of the street between Vine and Cherry were placed as well as the west side between Cherry and Maple. The replaced sidewalks continue the theme of the decorative stenciled concrete sidewalks and connect in to the City Hall expansion project. Work on this portion of the project was completed in September, 2006.

In addition, trip hazard repairs were done in Fairfield Farms subdivision as well as along South Harbor Drive. This work is part of the City's ongoing efforts to provide safe areas for pedestrians to enjoy their respective neighborhoods.
