The scope of this project entails realigning Clover Road with the opposing drive for Noble Creek Shoppes, dedicated turn-lanes, and a fully-actuated traffic signal at the intersection of Pleasant Street. The project also calls for the resurfacing of Clover Road between Pleasant to Stony Creek, Town & Country Boulevard between Clover and State Road 37, and Pleasant Street between Clover and State Road 37. The original project scoping was completed internally within the Department, with the final design being completed by USI Consultants, Inc.

The traffic signal became fully operational on schedule and in time for the Holiday Season on Wednesday November 23, 2005.
