The City of Noblesville has partnered with Tandem Mobility to relaunch its bike-share program that provides all Noblesville residents and visitors with a convenient, affordable and healthy way to get around town. Starting today, 10 cruiser bikes will be available between the city’s two stations for members to use for on-demand, local trips.

“People are wanting to be outside and more active, so I’m excited to relaunch the city’s bike-share program to better access our ever increasing trail inventory,” said Mayor Chris Jensen. “The locations of our two stations are perfect because it will allow residents and guests to take better advantage of the natural assets of our parks, our trail connectivity and the White River.”

Noblesville Bike Share stations are located at Forest Park and the Midland Trace Trailhead at Hazel Dell. The bikes have been tuned up to provide a comfortable ride and easy handling. The bike includes a spacious basket that’s perfect for carrying groceries, takeout or personal belongings.

To access the bikes, riders will need to download the Movatic app in the App Store and Google Play. Scanning the bike’s QR Code in the app unlocks the ring lock on the wheel, allowing a rider to get rolling in seconds. After the rider returns the bike to a designated bike station, the rental ends and the bike is available for the next person to enjoy.

Bike rental costs are $1.50 per 30 minutes to rent with a cap of $24 for up to a 24-hour period. A $30 annual fee includes unlimited rides under one hour, with additional hours being charged at $1.50 per half-hour to a maximum of $24 for up to a 24-hour period.
