Evan Elliott began his first term on the Noblesville Common Council in January 2024. He is the owner of Elliott Real Estate and founder of SpeakerTeacher, a public speaking consulting firm. A graduate of Noblesville High School, Elliott earned his B.S. in Communication from Purdue University and a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School. He continues to serve as a volunteer assistant director for the NHS Thespian Troupe and is a previous director of speech and debate at NHS. Elliott is a past co-chair of the Noblesville GOP and past secretary of the Noblesville Cultural Arts Commission.

As an At Large official, Elliott represents all of Noblesville and its voters in city limits and Noblesville Township.
