The City of Noblesville has been working on diversity, inclusion and race relations in a number of ways and will continue to work to enhance our efforts. The city is coordinating with stakeholders on a number of levels to gather constructive resources that bring our community together.

Minority & Women's Business Enterprise Division

Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Program
The Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business program promotes procurement of state contracts with Indiana veteran-owned businesses to encourage growth and entrepreneurship of their businesses. The Indiana Department of Administration uses the program as an effort to increase contracting opportunities for Indiana veteran-owned businesses by setting a goal to procure 3% of state contracts with such companies. Noblesville Police Officer Training
Below is a list of many of the training courses that NPD officers complete on a regular basis to equip them with skills and understanding for engaging with members of a community in effective and empathetic ways. Most of the courses listed below are completed by all sworn officers on an annual basis, and others are completed by select officers based on their roles and responsibilities. NPD leadership continues to analyze training and professional development needs and opportunities as part of our comprehensive effort to earn and maintain trust within the community through sound and compassionate community policing approaches.
