Public Infrastructure Administration
The Engineering Department's main focus is to ensure the proper construction of all dedicated public infrastructure. The department is tasked with the responsibility of plan review and approval, and construction observation of all new subdivision construction within the City of Noblesville . The Engineering Department also administers all construction related sureties and compiles annual reports related our accepted infrastructure as part of our asset management program. The department tracks all plan reviews, construction observations, sureties and invoicing for reviews and observations in a database that was developed internally by the department.
