While these forms are provided for your convenience, we strongly encourage you to contact the Planning Department to discuss the particular proposal before submitting an application. When building a structure or changing the use of land or a structure, please also contact the Engineering Department to discuss potential fees.
 
Starting July 1, 2024, paper applications will no longer be accepted. All submissions must be made online through our Citizen Permit Portal (Civic Access).
