PROJECT: RiverWest

TIMELINE: Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2022.

BACKGROUND: This project redevelops the real estate located in the city at the northwest corner of River Road and 146th Street into a 46+/- acre master-planned, mixed-use development. It will have "expansive greenway space," walking trails and numerous high quality amenities.

  • Approximately 324 high-end market-rate rental apartments
  • 30,000 square feet of commercial/retail space
  • 145 age-restricted market rate apartments
  • 104 for sale townhomes

DEVELOPER: This is a public-private project between Milhaus and the City of Noblesville.

ESTIMATED COST: $120 million

COUNCIL DISTRICT: In the process of being annexed, will be in District 2 (Pete Schwartz)
