The Noblesville Police Department accepts online reports for identity theft, lost or stolen property, and damaged property. You may use the forms below to fill out the information for your report if you are a City of Noblesville resident within the Noblesville Police Department's jurisdiction and the incident happened within our jurisdiction. Once the online form is completed, an officer will review it and contact you with the case report number or if any other information is needed to complete the report.
