TIMELINE: Public Hearing for a change of land use and the planned development overlay with the adoption of the preliminary development plan at the October 24, 2022 Plan Commission meeting. The Noblesville Common Council then heard the plans on November 8, 2022 and November 22, 2022.

BACKGROUND: The Village at Hyde Park will be a gated community set on 26 acres along the western portion of Hyde Park and adjacent to 53 acre nature area.  The build-for-lease community will offer 264 one- two- and three-bedroom single-story homes with smart technology and private landscaped backyards.  In addition to walking paths and a neighborhood dog park, the community will feature a resort-style pool and clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center. Other amenities include garage and covered parking, storage areas for residents, a car wash station, electric car charging stations, a dog wash salon, fire pits and barbecue and lawn game areas.

AMENITIES: Pool, spa, barbeque areas, dog park, outdoor gathering areas, open areas for recreational activities, community center, fitness center, and gathering space for community/private events.
