TIMELINE: Completed the public hearing process in July 2022. Detailed development plan/improvement location permit was reviewed at TAC on Sept. 15, 2022.

BACKGROUND: J.C. Hart Company, Inc., along with MAB Capital Investments, Weaver Sherman Architects, and Kimley-Horn Engineering, are partnering on another exciting project in the city of Noblesville. Hyde Park Towns & Flats, located at the southwest corner of 141st Street and Brooks School Road, will consist of a diverse mix of 358 luxury apartment homes built in two phases. Phase I, expected to break ground in early spring of 2023, will be made up of 258 apartments in 25 buildings plus a clubhouse. Whether a Resident chooses to walk, bike, or drive, they will be within walking distance to Hamilton Town Center and will enjoy the many lifestyle amenities the City Noblesville and Hyde Park will have to offer.
