TIMELINE: The company anticipates construction to be completed before the end of 2023.

BACKGROUND: Founded in 1989, Ryan Fireprotection has grown into one of the largest full-service fire protection companies in the Midwest providing a full range of high-quality, custom fire protection systems. Ryan Fireprotection designs, fabricates, installs, inspects, tests, and maintains fire protection systems of all types in a variety of facilities including healthcare, industrial, education, specialty, mixed-use and multi-family. The company also has included environmental benefits as part of the project. It will be upgrading its existing lighting to LED and will continue to power the building with more solar panels on the new addition. Ryan Fireprotection’s expansion will create 10 new fulltime jobs in Noblesville and retains 80 fulltime positions in the city.

TYPE: Ryan Fireprotection is constructing a new addition to add 49,000 square feet to its existing headquarters, which was built in 2002 and is 50,000 square feet.
